Clinical Supervision

Our trained and qualified mental health professionals offer professional, clinical supervision to both individual practitioners and groups. We seek to support other clinicians in providing quality care and maintaining ethical and professional standards.

Benefits

  • Ensure ethical and professional standards in practice for mental health professionals

  • Provide a supportive space for reflection, skill development, and case review

  • Reduce burnout by offering guidance and emotional support for clinicians

  • Enhances the quality of care provided to clients through continuous professional oversight

We offer one-to-one, individual supervision to those wishing to develop their practice such as professional counsellors, social workers or psychologists. Group supervision is suitable for teams and allows opportunity for an exchange of experiences in a supportive, non-judgmental environment that is facilitated by one of our trained mental health professionals. Group supervision can be useful for teams to deepen reflection of their practice whilst developing skills.
