I am a Doctor in Counselling Psychology, and I have worked in the UK, Venezuela and Online with people from all over the world. I have been practicing psychology for over a decade and have worked with diverse populations and presenting concerns. I moved to Cambodia in July 2023.

I believe that therapy can help you become who you want to be, and I’m honored to walk alongside you on your journey. My therapy style is empowering and supportive. Your treatment plan will be tailored to you because you are unique and your needs matter. We’ll work together to create a plan that works for you, where we can think about your values and your goals.

My values include support, empowerment, knowledge, compassion, and understanding. I’ll help you build self-awareness so that, with time, you can feel confident to solve difficult situations and manage tricky relationships. I’ll use humour and be your cheerleader – I’ll be there with you every step of the way on this journey to mental wellness. I’m here to help you make sense of your life’s patterns, find clarity in your story, cultivate trust and compassion for yourself, and form deeper and more meaningful connections. When you understand the patterns and stories that shaped you, then you can begin to rebuild the life – and the relationships – you want.

My areas of interest include:

  • Trauma related health concerns

  • Relationship difficulties

  • Anxiety Disorders

  • Identity difficulties

  • Transitions and difficulties due to change of culture, countries or self-identifying characteristics

  • Difficulties managing emotions

  • Family dynamics

  • Behavioural difficulties

This is my fourth move to a different country, and I am a mother. When I am not in the therapy room, you will find me playing with little people and exploring my surroundings. It is my hope that I can get to know Cambodia and its people, so I am hoping to see everything Cambodia has to offer and learn from you and your culture.
