Hi there! I’m Rada. I am passionate about helping diverse populations such as children, teens, college students, young adults & adults, couples and families to improve their lives, and regain control over depression, anxiety and relationship issues. I believe therapy is for anyone seeking healing and growth, and especially for those committed and motivated to do the work in order to start witnessing a change within themselves and their relationships.

My therapeutic style emphasizes warm, nurturing, thoughtful, authentic, compassion, and collaboration while being direct and solution-focused. My goal is to create a safe space in which you feel truly acknowledged and encouraged to explore and accept all parts of yourself. I believe everyone needs a personal space to be fully seen, heard, and validated in order to address life's challenges. I will guide you to develop a deeper understanding on how core beliefs and emotions can be impactful to quality of life and relationships. I provide a supportive, non-judgmental empowering space for you to explore and process your unique struggles from a place of deep understanding, compassion and care.

I specialize primarily in couple and family therapies, art therapy, self-compassion, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy with a solution-focused mindset to address unhealthy thoughts, relationships and behavioral patterns. I incorporate trauma informed care as needed. Depending on your specific needs, I utilize other approaches that are grounded in empirical evidence to help you build insight, access resources, improve self-reflection, and achieve personal growth.

My areas of interest are:

  • Depression

  • Anxiety

  • Relationship and Attachment Issues

  • Family/Relational Issues

  • Break Up & Divorce

  • Parenting/Co-Parenting Issues

  • LGBTIQ+

  • Body confidence, body image and self-esteem concerns

  • Personal Growth

  • Life Transitions

  • Cultural and Diversity Challenges

  • Intergenerational & Childhood Trauma

  • PTSD

When I am not in the therapy room, I enjoy reading about self-care, parenting, relationships, friendships, leaderships and communications. I also enjoy listening to music and travelling abroad. I value quality time with my loved ones such as my children, my partner, close friends and my extended family members. I enjoy insightful conversation over a small talk. I enjoy drinking coffee more than tea.
